Colocar os copos, sem tampa, no forno. E por distracção deixei queimar um pouquito, mas ficou bom.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;E é a seguinte:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200g farinha com fermento&lt;br /&gt;Sal fino&lt;br /&gt;1 c. café de canela&lt;br /&gt;1 banana grande madura&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos grandes&lt;br /&gt;150g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;0,5dl de óleo vegetal&lt;br /&gt;50g de coco ralado&lt;br /&gt;100g de cenoura tenra&lt;br /&gt;Margarina e farinha para untar a forma&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misture a farinha com a pitada de sal e a canela e reserve. Misture a banana descascada e moída com os ovos já batidos com o açúcar e incorpore gradualmente o óleo.&lt;br /&gt;Adicione a mistura de farinha e por último o coco e a cenoura finamente ralada.&lt;br /&gt;Deite a mistura numa forma redonda com chaminé previamente untada com a margarina e a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Pré-aqueça o forno a 180'C e leve a cozer por 50 minutos (no meu demorou 35min.).&lt;br /&gt;Desenforme passados 20 minutos.  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Junta-se o leite condensado e o ananás cortado em cubos e mexe-se.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Vai ao frigorífico algumas horas e quando estiver solidificado está pronto a servir.&lt;/p&gt;
